Apparently he has a lot of talent and I see he is on the undercard.

Good luck to Ricky but superfight this is not.
Anyone know how old Lee Beard is? I never even knew he had a son, let alone a boxing son! Beard looks about 21! How old is Gonzalez? Eight? :o

As for the PPV predicament, there's no way in hell I'm paying for this shite. I'll catch it either live on the net or just settle for a repeat in the week. The main event doesn't get the juices flowing and the undercard is Friday Fight Night fare. Kirkland-Vera will be fun, but Matthew Hatton pretty much embodies everything wrong with pay-per-view in this country. Not his fault - I'm sure he's a nice guy, but still...

If it wasn't PPV I'd watch it, but I begrudge that additional charge being slapped on so frequently without justification. I already pay Sky a lot of money a month after all.
I also hold firm in my belief that the main event is not going to be in any way, shape or form an edifying spectacle given Ricky's recent displays and Paulie's 'style'. There are other fights I'd far prefer to watch, let alone pay another £15 on top for.

I'm not getting this PPV either. Saving my money for Pacman vs DLH.

Ended up buying it as I was curious about Martin Murray & Prize Fighter. Good performance from Hatton. Always thought he should have fought Malignaggi earlier in his career, at least to have experience vs a defensive fighter, pre Floyd fight.

Thought the fight was going to be crap, but Hatton did some good things in there.

I made a late decision to buy it and watch it this morning. I begrudge paying extra but it was pretty entertaining. An excellent Prizefighter final and a good performance from Hatton, all in High Definition.

I'm pretty sure I'll cave in for the one on Dec 6th too, and watch it when I get back from the Nottingham bill on the Sunday.

Thanks for posting that. It's good to see Khan is sparring some quality boxers. I've noticed that Karmazin is back in the ring in December, so I'm really looking forward to seeing how he comes back from his defeat (I hope he's not shot).

I'm proud of myself for finally managing not to buy a PPV, it cost me about £100 in finding alternative entertainment for the evening though
