Thompson has taken my quote the wrong way. He mentioned no one watching Hatton Vs Witter. What I should have said was HATTON vs WITTER was bigger than anything nelse out there for Hatton when he was being to shreds on these boards for fighting nobodies.

ALSO - I agree in parts to what you say about Hatton and the BOX OFFICE - but remember Hatton threatened to leave unless he got KT and he knew after KT if Fwank had his way it would have been mismatch after mismatch at the MEN so Fwank could get back what he had to pay KT.

ALSO - if you were to fight Pacman it would also have more viewers than anythig else because PACMAN fights are shown to the whole of his country.

Do you think that because Cleverly (and probably Brook for that matter) have won belts and beaten a good opponent that Frank feels they can headline shows but is still nervous about their lack of experience when it comes to matching them? SN don't have as many headliners as before but is matching Cleverly against these African imports the best way to build his fanbase or prepare him for a probably fight against Francis?

Fwank may never again have a Naz - Hatton - Calzaghe type fighter so he has to protect his 'fighters' and in turn he turns them into laughing stocks (See Hatton and Calzaghe) but as long as Fwank gets paid he could not give a toss.
