dont like khan but dont see the fuss about murray either

I think so too - Khan may not be all that, but Murray is too much of a take two to land one kind of fighter, and I fancy that Amir, whilst no one-punch KO merchant, lands with enough pop and accuracy to take him out. Murray, whilst good to watch, is the kind of British fighter whom the over emphasis on our domestic scene really disadvantages (cf Jamie Moore) - by the time he gets moved on to a higher level, he'll have had too many bloody battles and not nearly enough solid learning fights. Now if he were a Septic or a Mexican, he'd be moved more steadily and might actually become something if not genuinely special at least interesting.

Murray's shots don't look devastating, but that are tidy well delivered shots that seem to wear ppl down. His body shots are very heavy. Those left hooks that finished Meager were very nasty, heavy shots also.

I think Murray-Khan would be a struggle for both, perhaps the equivalent of Colin Jones v Kirkland Laing.

Anyway, if Khan is going to world class and world ratings...then we should be asking: can Khan beat Funeka? Can Khan beat Prescott (oops)? Can he beat Moses, Romanov, Marquez, Diaz, Valero?

He does have the skills and attributes but at world level you have to take a shot or two on the chin which will be his undoing. I'm gonna be honest. No! :TU:

I'm a fan of both boxers, so I wouldn't be too fussed who came out on top. I'll be happy as long as the fight happens. If pushed, I'd probably go for Amir to win on points in a barnstormer of a fight
