...it's a real shame that the card is not as good now, with two excellent bouts being cancelled. A wonder if Hayemaker could stick another fight on the bill? probably too late now :(

I'm wondering whether ticket sales are struggling. They have been trying to promote it really hard with loads of stuff in the Echo and on the Hayemaker website and two fights have been changed and one called off.

Regarding your point about the financial side or boxing, that is fair enough. I understand that there was financial investment etc, which is why I wasn't suggesting a refund.

Never the less, People have bought tickets for this show, which has collapsed a bit, and as such will be feeling a bit let down. Are these people likely to buy tickets for the next Hayemaker show? Possibly not. I'd say it is sound business sense to encourage people to support the next show with deals/offers etc if needed, to restore confidence in Hayemaker Promotions.


Also- Just noticed David Ingelby is fighting THIS Friday- against a guy who is 20-0. So if he is stopped, he is off the Hayemaker Bill too.
