Well he's fighting once a months, so by the time he matures properly he might have had 100 fights.[email protected] wrote:I have seen bits and pieces of Fury and he has no power. One thing that strikes me is his age, he is only 20!
Most heavyweights are so much older, I would hope that his power might develop with age.
Is Tyson Fury a liar???

A lot of knockdowns these days are bullshit, you get penalised if your glove just scrapes the canvas, I believe Floyd Jr. and Naz were victims of that. A knockdown should mean you are down as in on the floor.

Really? Define "down as in on the floor" in way that would allow for consisten application.banjo wrote:A lot of knockdowns these days are bullshit, you get penalised if your glove just scrapes the canvas, I believe Floyd Jr. and Naz were victims of that. On your arse, or at the very least both gloves firmly on the canvas.Carbo wrote:Really? i was there when he fought price and it was a slip by price and he never recieved no count, fury got schooled by price in his own back yard so fury is a liar
Re: Is Tyson Fury a liar???
Yes, but then "on your arse" doesn't cover falling face first. Or being staggered, legs dipping and using the glove to keep you up. Or taking a knee.banjo wrote:On your arse, or at the very least both gloves firmly on the canvas.Carbo wrote:Really? Want to try again?

you only put your hand on the canvas to prevent yourself from falling to the canvas.banjo wrote:On your arse, or at the very least both gloves firmly on the canvas.Carbo wrote:Really? If a punch is hard enough to make a boxer 'touch' the floor with his glove , then i think he might be grateful for an 8 count, rather than the opposing boxer being able to follow up on the hard punch.

I say they have a rematch to shut Fury up he is so gobby
Re: Is Tyson Fury a liar???
I think when a punch causes a boxer to touch his glove down, it is a fair KD.he has a point, i remember naz's glove touching the floor against kelly, it was ruled a kd, but it was far from it.
