...when I see the word "artist"after" Knockout" my vote goes to joe louis. fast accurate devastating combinations and also one punch power..though there may be others who rate higher in that category. i don't think just knockout percentages or one punch power are the full criteria.....but again, i'm swayed by the term "artist".
Young Stribling, light heavyweight boxer who fought in 1920`s achieved 127 knock outs in 233 wins. I think only Archie Moore has more KO`s. Archie Moore was first to break his record, i don´t know if anyone else has done that.
Tiger Jack Fox probably has the most knockouts, if all (or most) of his bouts are ever uncovered. I would suspect that he is conservatively, around 150 to 160 knockouts.
