Whicker,
You converted then ?
Celery,
Prepared to eat some humble pie ?
This lad is the next big thing from these shores.
I just hope he gets showcased more, and hope that his next outing isas a Headliner in Sheffield.
Quality, Ezekiel, quality.

As a close friend of lomax it was horrible to see him picked apart by a superior fighter. Brook will be a world champ within a couple of years. Lomax admitted to me after the fight that brooks speed and accuracy was incredible. I stand corrected, but I had to be biased as he's my mate.

The way Brook was throw that jab, fast, accurate and catching him flush, was impressive. Totally dominated the fight.
Need to see something like Brook V Michael Jennings now.

I hope your man comes back and does something on the domestic scene and by the way there is no shame in that. Kel Brook is something very special indeed and its something I have banged on about for a while now - at last people are taking some notice of the lad.

I have to be honest I don't know if he'll fight again. He's 31 now with a nice family. It's a shame cos he never got the break at the right time and when he did he was unfortunate to come up against brook. I think he's still good enough to win a domestic title if brook vacates but we will wait and see. Speaking to Paul cook at the hotel, he rates brook very highly and expects him to be world champ.

I don't think it will be long before the title's vacant mate.
Subject to how the close season goes, I wouldn't at all be surprised if that's Kel's last British title fight.
He got what he set out to achieve - the Lonsdale Belt outright.
Onwards and upwards as they say.

Yeah, there doesn't seem to be that much else left for him to do at British title level.twenty six wrote:I don't think it will be long before the title's vacant mate.

Is he comfortable at Welter, or maybe moving up to Light middle at some point?
That said, there are still domestic opponents who he could face- Hatton (s) , Jennings, Watson, O' Donnell.

As far as I'm aware mate he wants to stay where he is.
That said he's very young still, and still developing.
In years to come he'll definitely move through the weights.

I personally think that Kell should box jennings next and then go for the european - which i hear may become vacant again soon coz that kid that beat bonsu has a high WBC ranking
Good performance from kell from still lots, lots, lots more to come. Let's see what happens with a 12wk training camp and an opponent that Kell fears. Then we will see the best of him.
As some of us having been saying for quite some time, though, there is no doubt he is something very special and it's good to see that he is beginning to get the recognition he deserves. There's only Cleverly and, perhaps, Khan who are anywhere near him when it comes to best UK prospects (in my very humble opinion).
Onus is on Kell to stay busy now - if he's training hard and boxing, the rest will naturally fall into place.
