I don't think he will be so good looking after he takes on a decent opponent. Been watching some of his amateur fights and his pro highlights and I don't think he will get to far, just like his amateur days.
You's talking about Saeed or Evans?
I'm talking about Saeed. I have known who he is for a while due to his youtube videos and have never been impressed at all and in his pro debut he looked wild and wide open. He wasn't even that good of an amateur and in my opinion he won't have much more success as a pro. Not to get on his case to much but I don't think he has much power either.
His attitude really turns me away as well, not a big fan over the over the top cockiness.

I watched Junior at the 2007 ABA's, first fight on Semi finals day... just checked my notes
"Kicking off the afternoons proceedings, Eltham’s Junior Saeed faced off against Repton’s Lee Ballard in the below 57kgs division. Saeed's longer reach and discipline in using his advantage enabled his final qualification after winning by countback. The fight had indeed been close, with Saeed jabbing and moving out reach enough to outpoint the brave bursts of Ballard."
I recall Saeed having a height advantage but I dont remember being overly impressed with him. Luke Gibb looked promising that day...
Difficult to say to much on that video evidence, though i'm inclined to think he'll turn out to be more hype than substance. Big wide looping hooks like those will get him past your average area level fighters, but he will need to have a lot more to show when he steps up in level. Can he throw a stright punch right down the pipe? I have my doubts. His defence and punch resistance will also need to be tested before he can be properly judged.
Time will tell, in the meantime good luck to the lad.
Really does need to get some body strength and be able to absorb a body shot...and keep that chin down...and stop rushing in...and... well the list could go on but maybe tone down the cockyness which he dosnt seem to know the difference of between being confident, even cocky in his own right and running down people and their family in a rude, malicus way. Yes be confident, yes even be cocky if you wish but do not insult peoples family who you do not know well enough personally to do so. You shouldn't tread on people going up as you may pass them on the way down.

Yes Junior is a cocky fighter, and some people dont like him or his style, but he gets publicity, even if its not everyones cup of tea, and that puts bums on seats!!
He reached the ABA semis, which is more than most people can achieve, I have filmed most of his am bouts, and know first hand about him,
as an am he rarely done his roadwork, and was great for the 1st 2 rounds, then blew away........but he is confident,

Does that not raise a couple of questions about his commitment if he never did his roadwork in the ams? Surely if someone is that bothered about boxing they would do what is necessary, maybe Im bein harsh he's only a young lad.

Your not being harsh, even as a young lad if you want to be a champ you put the work in, what is he 20,21? Thats not exactly a kid. Maybe if he did spend more time doing his road work instead of trying to big himself up on youtube and forums and disrespecting fellow fighters family then he'd have more stamina and be able to with hold a body shot, tell me Eric, has Junior ever been dropped or stopped with a body shot as has happened in sparring apparently. And if he blows his beans after the 1st 2 rounds in the ams that dosn't hold promising for a pro career, being confident is one thing and delusioned is another. I could have a beer or two and be confident in myself that I can be world champ but I think others would call it deluded. DD.
