Well done. :TU:

After a few weeks out with injury, I'm going back to my club I'm just in the process of getting back in shape. I lose about 5 pounds a week when I train seriously.

I've put on a lot of weight recently, you'll never believe it.

There's a film out with Christian Bale (the new Batman) for which he slimmed down to around featherweight... he's 6 feet 2. :o

How did you lose the weight Topper?

There are usually a few reasons for losing 2 stone relatively quickly:

a) Rigorous training regimes
b) Sudden change in diet, i.e. Proportions of Carbs & fats altered dramatically.
c) Chronic illness
d) Losing puppy fat (depends on age)

I personally prefer to lose weight slowly as this usually means it stays off....Not belittling your acheivement at all though, 2 stone or 28 pounds is allot of weight to lose.

I find that age always has a factor in weight loss too. For instance I lost 2 stone between the age 16-17 then put it back on at about 22-23. Now at 29 I have to work real hard to lose the pounds and it ain't gonna get easier.

End of useless info session..
