I was just reading St Germain's training regime in the off topic forum and was wondering what the rest of the Aussie's on here do in terms of training?

I box amatuer.
I train at my gym 5 days a week doing diffrent things like Shadow, Bags, Pads, Skipping, Running, Sparring, Circuits
And I run on the days im not at the gym

i do training and fitness work with clients up to 7-8 sessions per day mainly pad work and i reckon i'm in the best knick i've been in for years.

Hey bud, I train twice a week for 1 hour each session consisting of weights and cardio, also two runs, 1 short sprints, the other 10 klms which is about 48 mins.

I'm currently lifting 4-5 times a week and hitting the heavy bag and floor to ceiling ball when I can, usually once or twice a week. I was so quick that I broke my speed ball. I have also just got back into cardio again, doing either 20 minutes of interval training on the bike followed by 20 on the eliptical or just a straight 45 mins on the eliptical. I do that after every weights session.

Ive got a 6min video of me sparring Geale.My first one.I will post it soon.I got out worked and worked out,i was prayin for the bell or someone to throw a towel in.
