Froch's win over Dirrell didn't seem to impress very many people, and largely because of this I decided against moving Froch to the top.iwz678 wrote:I think Froch should be top,
He should have at least two more good chances of getting the top spot next year. If he loses both of his next fights then it would probably be a good thing that I didn't put him at the top of the list.
I thought it was a little bit too early to move Murray and Cleverly above Cook. Murray and Cleverly both climbed 6 places this month, for there wins over Thaxton and Fry, which is pretty good as neither opponent was considered very highly at the time. Unless Cook beats someone decent soon then Murray, Cleverly and others will most likely overtake him after their next wins.iwz678 wrote:the likes of Murray and Cleverly should be higher than Nicky Cook who has done nothing since losing his belt to Martinez
Booth's opposition has not been as good as Napa's recently, in my opinion. Booth has looked good against them, but I can only move him up so many places at a time if he fights relatively weak opposition.iwz678 wrote:and I also think Booth should be ahead of Napa
Lindsay has wins over Mathews and Appleby and is the number one domestic Featherweight. He has been a little bit inactive recently, but I would say that his recent record is good enough to keep him above those below him for now.iwz678 wrote:and that Martin Lindsay is ranked a little bit too high.
