If you were smarter you would pay more attention to Roy Jones post fight comments where he states it would be stupid for either De La Hoya or Mosley to come down from 154 to 147 and fight Mayweather who was yet to prove himself at 140 at that point in time (history shows he never did prove himself at 140). De La Hoya had just been in a mega-fight with Hopkins at middleweight, and Mosley, comming of two loses to Winky Wright at middleweight was at a major cross-roads in his career. Back then Mayweather was nowhere near the draw he is now, Roy Jones was spot on with his comments, dont let the distortion of time fool you so easily!
You should be asking yourself why Mayweather was focusing more on fighters two divisions above him when he should have been concentrating all his efforts on getting Tyszu at 140!

The tooth excuse was in 2006 when both were at 147, I think the Floyd interview shown was after Ndou/Corley in 04?? BTW Mayweather wanted his first 140lb fight against Hatton but was turned down

the most annoying thing is that the fight in my opinion will never happen , neither will the mosley fight ever happen as i reckon mosley loses to berto and then thats no more big fights left for him imo , unless hes then seen as a big name soft touch but then if hes beaten by pbf , people will just say
" he was shot " or words to that effect , so a no win situation.
