BTW I just ordered my ticket for Krasniqi-Whitaker. It´s in my hometown and a good seat costs 90 Euro. that´s o.k. for such a historical event :TU: :TU: :TU:

Urkal feels himself as a german guy, Sam identifies himself turkish. who cares? It´s up to everybody if you can chose between 2 or more nationalities.

yup, 2005 will be the year without any american heavyweight champion. will this be the first time after the 2nd world war? who knows that? maybe Lennos Lewis an Herbie Hide?

Not bad...for once I can't be bothered to insult German boxing.

If the Daz doorstep challenge came to british boxing, I would swap allegedly for two German promoters. :wink:

when lewis beat Holyfield for the WBC, IBF and WBA titles 13/11/99 there was 5 months while Vitali was WBO champ before losing to Byrd.

Wlad regained the WBO crown in 14/10/00 by which time WBA title belonged to Ruiz....

so there has been a time when technically there were no US champs.... but since Holyfield in about 1997, Lennox and then Vitali have been considered the true champs of boxing..... first time since Schmeling I guess.....when the "undisputed crown" didnt belong to an american.....
