We should be allowed to express an opinion within the limits of the law. If you're going to be effective as a mod here (a very difficult job), you need to to get a grasp of defamation law. I'm not trying to be a twat (I don't need to try, I know) it's just that you're living proof of the 'chilling effect' that certain people have achieved through litigation.
Then again, until you do get a grasp of this (not as difficult as some people think) then a blanket policy is best - though very, very depressing.
I have referred it to the Boss. He can over-rule me.
