Boxer's nickname game
How many of these hundred can you get?
I got 68.
I struggled with many of the fighters post-1995, bizarrely.

Thanks a lot...now I am going to be taking these quizzes all day. You beat me in the boxer quiz...a pathetic 52 here.

Thanks for the link!
Not that I expect it to last, but I guess I'm in the lead for the moment. Picked up a score of 85. Some of the more recent fighters, like Andre Ward, eluded me.

As for the books, sure, Oscar makes excuses for his mistakes, who he fired, double-crossed, cheated on, & such, but...at least he doesn't have to pretend a loss to Vince Phillips didn't happen
Oscar would've been smart enough to avoid a fight with Ray Robinson, too, if the chance came up.

He comes off as a bit of a dirtbag in the book. I applaud his honsesty, but I still felt like I needed a shower after.Goodnight, Irene wrote:Pacquiao KO2 Hatton

Oh, and what's worse? Getting caught by Phillips? Or running to a loss against Trinidad?

They were both robbed in those fights.
