There is room in boxing for Kahut as well as the likes of Floyd Mayweather - I didn't know the sport got exclusive all of a sudden but even matches based on ability and experience do have to be made in the interests of fair play.

I think Kahut at 6ft 6ins should have stayed at heavyweight where he could utilise his speed better - because you can make cruiserweight doesn't always mean you should.
Kahut is quite simply the worst professional boxer I've ever seen on television.
Nah someone on here posted a video of some guy who kept running about throwing all his punches from his hips with no defence that was the worst professional boxer ever.

The Latvians on Maloney's show in Wales were a lot worse.Kahut showed good heart. He didnt look for a way out and was obviously doing it for the love of the sport considering his day job.Matthew Ellis has disgraced himself more recently on t.v and he should know better

That is a challenge for me, right there. I will find you a worse one.

Kenny Rainford vs Brian Sutherland is worth finding. On the night Larry Holmes fought Rocky Pepeli. Sutherland wasn't up to much.

Fair enough, the mullet is the worst boxer ever to have entered a ring. Those commentators crack me up.

I didn't say Kahut was the worst professional boxer ever. Just the worst I've seen on TV. I've seen worse in the flesh.

I used to see this guy at the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal in Bradford (he's a solicitor apparently) he always had a flat cap on for some strange reason and left posters of himself in boxing pose (with gloves and trusted flat cap on) in the representatives room of which fellow lawyers took the piss out of. Not a particularly intersting story, but factual all the same.

Ha ha, quality info Don  :TU:

I don't want to do the chap down too much - he definitely did show heart. Not quite as much as he showed his chin but still, fair play.

Give the guy a break, he's a novice who has won 4 out of 6, including beating a heavyweight who posts on here.

Not Dave Ingleby or Ben Harding, how many pro fights have you had The Truth and how many Commonwealth gold medallists/world amateur champs have you fought? :box:

Yes Kahut has too little boxing skill to be mentioned, but I think he showed great desire and heart. He does deserve a pro license if he meets the requirements to hold one, as long as he trains and fights at a level suitable I say let him be.
He obviously loves the sport and fair dues on the man for getting in the ring and accepting the possibility of a potential fight with Herbie Hide, that takes some balls.

Terrez

That is probably a fair asessment.

Kahut is terrible as a fighter but it is what he wants to do. in the same way, I ocasionally spar at white collar training sessions - I'm above average at that but at least 20 per cent of the time, someone comes who could knock us all out in a punch. They never do, but they make you aware of the gap in class - its a bit like Rooney joining a kickaround in the park or Tendulkar joining a Sunday village game.

So for that reason, I'm a bit sympathetic towards Kahut for his blinded idiocy, but the Board shouldn't have sanctioned this Prizefighter.

Yeah I would do better in unlicensed but that wouldn't be as challenging, Ingleby is the fighter's name I think you are referring to who I beat. Your not really speaking facts are you, you're just having a dig (I take digs off 20st blokes for a living so I think I can ride this one  ). There have been a lot of my losses a lot have people thought I won but at the end of the day its the ref who decides. I enjoy what I'm doing so I'll keep doing doing it thanks all the same, all it takes is a few wins back to back and I'll shoot up the ratings and be up for an area or masters title which is what I want. Look at Dave Ingleby's record and you'll see he got a masters title fight. :TU:
