Even if he gets 300K it is a staggering amount of cash in relation to what many people earn. 30 years' graft for somebody on 10K per annum (after tax), 15 years for 20k and 10 years for somebody on 30K. Considering he was fighting an over the hill, non-puncher etc.

I for one will be staggered if Roach is on 15%! Surely, its 10% or less? 10% is what trainers normally get is it not?

Mind you, maybe Khan & his team know what an asset to Khan Freddie is & therefore, they may have been willing to push the boat out & go the higher percentage?

It wasn a bad deal all round.ITV filled 3 slots and Khan got terrestrial coverage to go along with glowing newspaper reports.Others should maybe follow their example and look at the bigger picture.If Khan would have gone with,say,Primetime,hardly anyone would have seen it,for the sake of a few thousand pounds
