Ok then, let me rephrase, maybe you are bitter that he won it when you feel you should have? Most awards are silly anyway, like you said world titles are the most important thing, not unbeaten runs. So therefore you should be happy with what you've achieved whether you win an award or not! Your post definitely came across a bit like trying to take some credit away from Joe G and I don't understand that.

For some reason Joe Gallagher seems to get a bit of a hard time off some people, his fighters are beating who's put in front of them and coming on nicely. Farnell, everyone says great things about his gym, but I'm just a little worried from some of the fights I've seen about his fighter's tactics, gameplans, what he says in the corner etc. It seems quite a bold statement to say in a roundabout way that he will 'without doubt' be ahead of Joe G in 2 years time.
Records are for DJs m8 its the performances that count. Im better than Joe now.
That's a ridiculous statement :shame: youve got some great boxers on your books i.e Bellew and gavin who could both prove to be good but what have you done with them? Gavin is coming along nicely i who i believ could be world champ with ease with his talent but Bellew has been knocked down 3 times in two fights. But good luck to and i fully think you will win it next year if gavin and bellew progress like i think

I hope and presume this was tongue in cheek banter!! Murray's put in some great performances in the last couple of years so that kind of renders that post a bit daft.

:TU: You were one serious dude as a fighter. First time I interviewed you as a trainer at your old gym I thought that someone had stolen "The Warrior" and replaced him with a mild mannered boxing aficionado!
Haha cheers m8,
