I am an official for the board but I have dabbled in a bit of writing (for Boxrec News, BS.com, Fightfan.com and Britishboxing.net, etc).

More importantly I am 'The Law'

There was never going to be any point anyone posting in this thread as soon as Mr. Guy got a hold of it.

I've spent hours just stalking through his photos on Facebook, truly awesome stuff.

Not into the bodybuilding malarkey that he attends, but horses for courses. Whats you involvement with the BB Eric?

Can I add Ring announcer and fellow Boxrec Craig Stephens - you look exactly like him Rhino.

Can't see the resemblance Stu, but looking at Rhino's first photo we certainly go to the same barbers :D

Im rather envious of all these pictures , i know quite a few footballers , to an extent that asking for a picture with them would seem a bit gay , maybe thats why ive not asked for any pics with boxers , but it would be different totally as i only know maybe half a dozen pro boxers and the most famous isnt really known at all , ive got one that fights for me now but hes not really a photo op .

What do you guys do ? just ask for a photo instead of an autograph ? id rather have a photo than an autograph , I should have got one done with tyson Fury when i spoke to him following his debut , he mingled in the crowd quite a lot that night .

Ive done a lot of coaching plus my brother played at a fairly high standard (County Level and played semi pro too for Eastwood Town) so quite a few , the most famous at the moment are probably jermaine Jenas (Tottenham) and Jermaine Pennant (Stoke) who both played for me , theres also Tom Huddleston (Tottenham) and Leon Best (Newcastle) that played in the same team as my brother when he was at Nottingham city schools rep side , all 4 of those are Internationals (3 for england) (pennant only played under 21s though) and all currently play in the premiership , the most famous boxer is either the one who fights for me white collar (Nathan McIntosh) or Karl Chiverton , neither exactly household names .

I had Jenas and Pennant both together as kids at under 12s in the first team i ever managed , they both got picked up y pro clubs after that season (Jenas by Forest and Pennant by Notts County ) but i went on to be a youth scout at Forest a few seasons later too and im still registed as a scout but havent done anything to do with football for a while now.

You say Jenas is Overated but i dont think so , and hes actually a really nice lad , Pennant on the other hand caused his fair share of problems ,And also In those days i played Pennant as a striker , although neither of them were the best player in the team , That was the club captain , a guy Called Allan Ross who could play center of midfield or anywhere across the back four , he signed for Boston United as his good friend had also signed for them , but he suffered a bad knee injury that meant he was released at 18 years old , his friend was the only player from the academy that they kept on as a pro , a guy called Anthony Elding who is now doing well and playing up front for Rochdale with another one of my former players , Chris O'Grady .
