Too late.

If Vitali pulls out versus Solis it will be pretty poor form. I’m stoked about the potential of Haye versus these guys but very doubtful over the extent of Wlad’s injury. Sure, Chisora wasn’t taking thousands of fans over but those who had arranged the trip, including at least one Boxrec poster, have been frigged.

The fighters seem to be having a whale of a time with all this poiticking and intrigue but they overlook, or perhaps don’t care about, one major factor, they seem to sign for fights and then use pull outs to switch things up without giving a single thought to the people who stump up travel expenses for the original location.

I’m not saying that things can be changed but the fighters should do the decent thing, lie to us about how sorry they are to have let the fans down etc, maybe even squeeze out a crocodile tear and then start talking up the next fight. All we get at the mo’ is “eff this fight, eff the fans who have made arrangements to come to this fight and I’ll no doubt see you all at the next one anyway because you’re a bunch of muppets (we are).”

The intrigue etc is great for us forumites, it gives us something to talk about, but I’m now really starting to understand why the sport is dissed and dismissed by the general public. There’s been too many, shall we say, convenient injury withdrawals in recent times.

I’ll be joining the rest of the mugs and muppets in booking flights to a Germany city when this one gets announced but I may hold fire on the tickets until fight week, just in case. If it all goes tits up then we (Geedorah and his woman) get a week in Germany, bonanza.

I’ve no read every statement by Wlad but it seems to amount to, “I’m injured. Chisora is shit out of luck. I may as well go and play golf and then fight David Haye, or perhaps I’ll sign to fight him, feign another injury and then slip my big brother in. As long as I get some golf in. (Boente elbows him in the ribs). Oh, sorry to all the fans who paid for tickets and shelled out on travel. I’ve been painted as the nice guy by the British, American and German media so I’m going to give you a broad smile and feign disappointment.”

Fans: “That Wlad, he’s a class act, isn’t he?”

Wlad goes off to shoot real people on a hunting trip in Cambodia with Manny P. No one says Bo Peep.

As an aside, I did an article for 'Scene saying Haye should beat VK first to send a shudder through Wlad and that this VK>WK running order is best so Vitali doing the do on Solis to take on Haye would start the process of validating my point. But I'm still slightly miffled at the thought of losing the Solis fight. I've put some grapes on layaway for that one.

I've got milk, baby.
class post Terry. I, for one, having originally bought tickets for the first Wlad - Haye, haven't even considered, for a single moment, getting tickets to this one. nor will I. between the two camps I feel messed around and disrespected enough to basically forget about them ,the friggin lot of em.
I'll be buying tickets, jumping on a plane, booking a hotel and trying to get The Law killed, not necessarily in that order, but you get me drift. I'll be on the bus to the venue with the rest of the British fans fans. Licking the windows, rubbing myself with my own snot and clapping my hands.

True, the above.
I'm not sitting next to you then.

Fuckrightoff.

So am I the only one to have booked two pointless trips to Germany, once for original Haye v Wlad and for Wlad v Chisora? Come on there must be at least one other gullable twat out there?

I also had a lovely weekend in Monaco about five months ago, not watching Froch v Abraham
