Re: Haakon Hansen photo?
you can add to the wiki that nr 7 from the left in the second row is Georg Brustad, one of the most important men in Norwegian boxing history, due to his commitment to spread the sport of boxing.

Re: Haakon Hansen photo?
Done. See here.
And click here for the Wiki page on Brustad.
Also, do you see Ole Røisland in the photo below of members of the Oslo Athletic Club? It is my understanding that he also was active in this Oslo club during this time frame, and was Pete Sanstol's hero.

Here's a photo of future World Bantamweight Champion Pete Sanstol as an amateur, wearing his Oslo Atleklub (O.A.K.) uniform:

As you can see, his O.A.K. uniform logo has four Fs on it. (The top 2 Fs are upside-down, and the bottom left F is reversed. Pete's right wrist is partially obscuring the bottom-right F.) Someone once told me what each F stood for. But I forgot, and it is probably buried in my notes somewhere. Do you know? I wonder if Tron knows.
And, finally, here's a sample O.A.K. boxing medal that Sanstol won way back when, from this collection of his amateur boxing medals that he gave to me and that I proudly possess to this day:

And click here for the Wiki page on Brustad.

as for Ole Røisland it is more likely Pete knew him from Stavanger and that Ole was ''The man'' in the gym when Pete first started out there.Ric wrote:Done. See here.
