In my opinion at 140lbs prime Chavez beats Delahoya, but it'll be far, far from easy. Laporte is not in Delahoya's league and Molina is far from Chavez's.
Neither Chavez nor Delahoya beat fighters as great as the other, unless you count Oscars "victory" over Whitaker.

I don’t think Chavez ever looked quite the same at 140. Might have had some of his best results there but his power always seemed severely diminished to me above 135.

I think he was better at 140 than he was at 130, much stronger and his skills were honed.

I agree with this. At 130lb he seemed a bit weight drained in some of his fights. I actually think he appeared his best at 135lb; i know he was only there for a few fights but man, he looked like a monster. Wish he would have hung out there longer.

Nope, it's the truth. As painful as it might be for you to accept, Oscar was a better fighter than Rosario, Ramirez, Lockridge, LaPorte, etc..
