allegedly repeat broadcast - on demand or repeat?
allegedly repeat broadcast - on demand or repeat?
I have not ordered allegedly before but want to for this fight, although I want to get up in the morning to watch it. Can anybody confirm if it will be available on demand or will it be a scheduled repeat broadcast, and what time will it be repeated or made available on demand?

repeated at 10 tomorrow morning
Re: Allegedly channel repeat broadcast - on demand or repeat?
Just watched the repeat of Mayweather/Cotto disappointed it wasn't followed by Alvarez/Mosely repeat. Anyone know if they are showing that one again today?
Re: Allegedly channel repeat broadcast - on demand or repeat?
I can't see me ever wanting to watch a repeat showing of the main event to be honest. That commentary was disgustingly biased from Sheridan and his bell end accomplice.
I'm pretty sure Merchant & co would have been calling it right.

Benny Ricardo does the HBO commentary for international customers - and he was absolutely and utterly appalling. The stick I've read for the muppet online is justified.
He never once gave a balanced, even take on the action. His tongue was so far up Floyds arse and he never gave a valiant cotto a single crumb of appreciation.
Utterly wank.

I agree; Cotto gave Floyd an argument but the commentator made it sound like a Mayweather exhibition. Floyd did very well to stand in range and not move and pot shot but the commentary was not balanced and did not recognise the contribution; to an entertaining bout; that Cotto made. An excellent match up between 2 excellent boxers. Cards too wide and commetary pretty one sided.G0mez wrote:Benny Ricardo does the HBO commentary for international customers - and he was absolutely and utterly appalling. Merchant and Lampley were cheerleading for Cotto...that's not calling it right. Only Steward was talking sense.Kilburn wrote:I can't see me ever wanting to watch a repeat showing of the main event to be honest. That commentary was disgustingly biased from Sheridan and his bell end accomplice.

Yeah the commentary was absolutely shocking. I ended up having to just turn the sound off
Re: Allegedly channel repeat broadcast - on demand or repeat?
Perfect example of bad commentary pretty much ruining a fight.

All boxing channels definitely need to implement a 'I don't want to listen to this c***' button.

I think I'd have found that preferable to the nonsense the ch456 viewers were subjected to last night.Gray-Fox wrote:Merchant and Lampley were cheerleading for Cotto...that's not calling it right. Actually I take it back after watching it past round 4. HBO commentators pretty much called it spot on, and noted that floyd was the clear winner throughout. Steward and Merchant were very balanced.Kilburn wrote:I think I'd have found that preferable to the nonsense the ch456 viewers were subjected to last night.Gray-Fox wrote:Merchant and Lampley were cheerleading for Cotto...that's not calling it right.
