I should imagine that if the BBBofC take a hardline stance like they say they will do, it could cause boxrec some serious problems if they recognise it as a legitimate fight prematurely.

BoxRec list the Austrian sanction bouts in Germany, the German sanctioned bouts in Denmark, the British sanctioned bouts in Egypt so why not the Lux bouts in Britain.

Chisora isn't banned he had his license taken away, so he got a new one.

Who cares what the BBBofC says? Chisora and Haye are licensed. The BBBofC are not the be all and end all of boxing.

The difference is that the German authorities recognise Danny Williams Latvian license. Some European licenses have different medical stipulations than others. For an example my pal with a Spanish license went to fight in Italy and was asked for further medical test like he needed to have an MRI as they are not compulsory in Spain.

Who cares what the BBBofC says? Chisora and Haye are licensed. The BBBofC are not the be all and end all of boxing.

The BBBoC are the licensing body in Britain. Whether you care about that or not isn't really relevant.
And remember they are only licensed in Luxembourg, thats like showing a policeman a dog license when he stops you in the car!

Exactly.

It's unsanctioned and we don't list unsanctioned fights. If it comes off then we will have to have think about including the result.

In the mean time I expect an announcement from an important body (possibly on Monday).
