Ok this may sound daft to all u serious trainers, but I'm at my wits end. Any sensible advice is greatly recieved.
Trying to run 3 times a weeks, about 3-4 miles at a steady pace (not sprinting and leaving something 'in the tank'). I don't struggle with it or push myself too hard, yet the next day I wake up fuzzy headed and with my nose running like a tap. It's driving me mental.
I'm quite a fit bloke and don't really get this when I do other exercise, so y when running? I'm truly baffled.
I thought it might be because I sat in a wet t shirt at first so started towelling dry and getting straight in a hot shower but it didn't make a difference.
It's so frustrating cause I really enjoy it and really want to get my wind back, the only thing that gets me through is taking shitloads of anti histamines which isn't ideal.
Can any1 help me?

Hay fever? Are you running somewhere that may have different types of pollen (or more) to where you normally exercise?

I read somewhere where someone would get headaches and a runny rose during and after exercising. I hope the link helps.
