Virgil Hunter's interesting views on strength & conditioners

I found this to be a fascinating read, he makes a lot of interesting points on the flaws of strength coaches.

Iv worked with vairous different streangth conditiong coaches always found it hard to make weight come to think of it the easier times where I just did my own conditioning makes you wonder.

Hunter takes responsibility for that doesn't he? There was an article about them in 'Fighting Fit' recently.

And one about Dawson who doesn't train like it seems Hunter thinks! Focuses on plyometrics, light resistance like shadow boxing with cable/handweights and esp. does rounds in a weighted body suit.
