Bunce has kind of become a parody of himself, which can at times be amusing but in the main is annoying as fook!

I always found Bunce to be very "distracting" on TV.

I wish he would sit still and stop waving his arms about like a man fighting off a flock of invisible starlings.

You could take it back to the old school days of the BBC and say to her 'Lets get this right John!' at the start of every sweet nothing you whisper in her ear during the act of copulation that ensues.

Beforehand you can convince her that its a good shag, whatever the general consesus is, they're not proper shaggers anyway. One of the 'boys' can press the audience cheering button upon climax before you roll over and say 'adios' before gurning yourself to sleep.

I can only speak as I find and I actually like Bunce. I've met him twice and both times he was very chatty and not at all aloof or arrogant. I also like his enthusiasm for boxing. Sure he comes across as a bit of a Cockney wideboy but I quite like the guy.

Id like to see Bunce and Steve Holsworth work together.

It would be a decent odd couple combination, especially if Holdsworth is in one of his "this is crap" moods.

Holdsworth talks just as much but does it in a way that isnt hyperactive, OTT or just plain drivel. Holdsworth talks off the cuff and is genuinely interesting. Best play by play man in the business. But none of the major broadcasters would touch him with a barge pole as his style is just too weird unusual he also does better on his own i find. Pairing him with Bob "the end is nigh" Mee was a disaster

Holdsworth is comedy gold, Steve Bunce is one of sports networks biggest arselicking yes men I've ever seen,, he always has been, that's what makes his "tells it like it is" reputation so fornicating rediculous

If you can get past the fact that Bunce would sell his granny if the money is right, his enthusiasm for what he's trying to peddle is actually infectious and I quite like him on allegedly with Jules and Lillis. I'd prefer it any day over Adam Smith and Johnny Nelsons rehearsed smarmy buddy cheesy shtick.

Smith and Nelson on ringside does not work and thats partly due to the terrible constraints of the set. One of these days one of those ridiculous bar stools is gonna collapse.Other than that both are very good at what they do best.

Fair enough, its all down to personal taste at the end mate I just can't stand them!! It was the episode of Ringside where Smith got in all of the Matchroom boys to blatantly shill his book that pushed me over the edge with him.

A 'Sky insider' told me this happened in rehearsals. Johnny unfurled his Hampton on top of one for a laugh and it couldn't take the weight.

Bunce showing tonight why he's better when he's not the main presenter. He's actually doing a decent job tonight.
