Anyone Tried Acerola, Cupuacu Or Graviola?

Post by Poncey »

I'm toying with buying some from the company I use for my Acai to make some smoothies and wondered what the taste is like?

Hello friend,

These fruits are common in Brazil. Acerola is rich in vitamin C, but your flavour is very acid. Cupuaçú is soft and rich in phosphorus, vitamins A, B1! B2, and C too. About graviola we can say that have good amont of B complex vitamins (important to metabolism of proteins, carbohydrate and fats),vitamin C, and minerals like calcium, iron and phosphorus. But of course are fruits like anyother, must become part of a healthy nutrition. Don't makes any miracle that a supplier may say.
