He would have got beat whenever he stepped up. He simply is not good enough at top level.

Still a very good boxer - especially at super feather - nothing wrong with not being a world champ.

I agree. He is not going to make Super-Feather, though. He seems to be a bit deluded. He was calling out Marquez before the Katsidis fight for a unification match! Just cant see him going down in weight or being happy fighting for British or European titles, he seems to think he is a much bigger star than he is.

I'd still rather watch him then most of the other domestic fighters out there. Yeah he's not world level, but he's still watchable.

i like the comment that not everyone can be a world champ. true enough. however kevin had it in his mind that he was world level when the evidence said otherwise. its a tough game and sadly kevin does not seem to have the necessary tools mentally to make the most of his talent.

His career ain't other at all. So every time someone loses, they should retire? He's 27 years old! It's like saying Murray (the tennis player) should pack it in cause he hasn't won Wimbledon or beaten the no:1.

He may not be a world beater, but still very dangerous.

That's a good point Eddy - but it's a tough road back.
Nothing ventured nothing gained - Rhodes is a perfect role model for that.
