'The Cat' has been a great asset to British boxing over the years, he deserves one last BIG payday.
It would be nice if he could secure himself a world title shot. A rematch against Nelson or even O'Neil Bell.
If he does not fight again , who will ever forget his classic vs Rothmann.
Thanks for the memories.

Thompson - Nelson II.
Anyone else remember how controversial the first one was?
I think its a fight people would be interested in and its not like these 2 have an abundance of options at this point in their career. Haye has moved on and Maccarinelli would likely give 'The Cat' a hiding (which I don't want to see again) with the only question mark being could Carl dig out another monster right to claim victory fro the clutches of defeat.
For me Carl is the most exciting, brave and basically decent human being who has ever graced a British ring. God bless him!
