Lebedev landed many flush punches in nearly every round, and I didn't think that was hard to see. The fact that Jones was never in serious trouble is amazing given how many big shots he took. The faces tell the whole story, who was landing and who was not. Jones should have been a mile ahead.
I had it 95-95 at the time of the stoppage, giving Lebedev rounds 2,3,6,7, and 8; you may think that's strange, but your argument doesn't persuade me. Jones was getting hit plenty in these rounds, and was too inactive given that he was being hit often. This was especially so in the latter three rounds, when Jones seemed to be tiring.
I agree that Jones is very skillful though. I'm particularly impressed by his use of crisp uppercuts and bodyshots on the inside; he's a very tall cruiserweight, but his inside work is among the best in the division.
