Lobeless Hearn
I had a bunch of mates round for the boxing on Saturday. Top night and a great fight with Froch v Kessler.
However, one astute observer, not a boxing fan to be fair, oted something that I have not noticed before. This mate is from Belarussia and he saw that Eddie Hearn had no visible ear lobes. In his country this means that a man is not to be trusted. "A lobeless man is a fox with cunning, a tricky animal" as he put it.
My experience with lobes and whether they are related to trustworthiness is pretty limited, but there is no denying the fact that Eddie certainly lacks depth in the lobe department.
I have always found Hearn, although slick and wide, to be genuinely interested in his boxers and the sport. This lobe issue has cast a shadow of doubt over proceedings and I am now directionless in my assement of young Hearn.
Do the lobes tell a story? or is it just an old belarussian wives tale?

Khan has a bone infection affecting his jaw.
That's why he can't trust taking a shot on it.
Purdy has a cream cake obsession.
Damn these imperfections.

If your mate knows all about head shapes etc get him round the next time Valuev boxes and see what he says then.

that's not Eddie Hearn pal, though he's much better looking and with his lovely lobes he must be very trustworthy.SNG wrote:It's definitely bollocks.
Re: Lobeless Hearn
Er....I know. I was showing that Warren has lobes and isn't particularly trustworthy, so the theory is nonsense.palooka wrote:that's not Eddie Hearn pal, though he's much better looking and with his lovely lobes he must be very trustworthy.SNG wrote:It's definitely bollocks.

I'd trust Eddie ahead of any of the above well lobed men! Especially if it came to baby sitting.
Re: Lobeless Hearn
Just been discussing the whole earlobe situation on Twitter with Mr Hearn himself. Apparently it's 'all the rage'.

Good work Kevo. We will get to the bottom of this lobe situation.
I thought about blaming Groves, but on closer inspection I see that Richard "The Secret" Williams is at fault here.
