Maybe they think the atmosphere will be better in an arena like the MEN or maybe they're not confident it will sell a much larger arena. Maybe they're concerned about security. Maybe Fury didn't want to fight in London. The Chisora fight was a FW promotion so maybe that had some bearing on it.

The little men get fleeced off the big men and the little men, it's no wonder you lost last time and if you don't this time someone else similar to you will - maybe down to you; and you will lose next time - maybe down to them.

The justification is a little odd, although it was just intent. It's like Big Larry's justification that he did it because everyone else is "at it". It doesn't make it any more right, it's just justifying it to yourself.

I could put it another way, I can go to a car boot sale and see a bit of pottery, its on sale for 50p do I tell the sellers its worth £20 and walk on or do I buy it for 50p and resell it for £20?

£1600 each
Seatwave are not selling them, individuals are just like you were planning to on eBay. Seatwave and the like are brokers. Trust me, I am somewhat experienced in this field!
