It usually comes down to dates and availability.

Maybe they think the atmosphere will be better in an arena like the MEN or maybe they're not confident it will sell a much larger arena. Maybe they're concerned about security. Maybe Fury didn't want to fight in London. The Chisora fight was a FW promotion so maybe that had some bearing on it.

I could put it another way, I can go to a car boot sale and see a bit of pottery, its on sale for 50p do I tell the sellers its worth £20 and walk on or do I buy it for 50p and resell it for £20?
