Really ? I would be very impressed if true.

But I doubt it greatly.

Hughie is fighting again this weekend I believe.

I rate Hughie but a tricky experienced southpaw seems too risky at this stage.

It'll be a 'pecking order' rumour - your so shit (Price) that my young inexperienced cousin will bet in and best the man that beat you twice; it doesn't matter if it comes off or not - the intent is to show who is on the up and who is on the slide.

Just had a look at this. Hughie's Dad says Tony has a better offer "that we just can't match" but if it falls through then he knows there's the Hughie fight for him. Blatantly a bit of promotion for the lad, no harm in that, but it's not happening is it?

Wouldn't make any sense for Thompson's camp. I'd be shocked if they didn't have any better opportunities after the two David Price KOs. He's basically only lost to Wlad Klitschko anyway.

David Price would make a 'good' opponent for Hughie.

Like others have said, cant see it happening. It wouldnt surprise me if they were willing to put him in with Thompson now though! I admire that about the Fury's, they're willing to fight the toughest matches.

Steady on! I was taking the piss Price would spark Hughie out even before his career has started.
Linking Tony the tiger anywhere near him is a joke but easy publicity so why not.

Not a chance in hell that they would do this fight yet even if it was available to them .

I have heard a little rumour of who it might be though , but i have been sworn to secrecy for now :OhYes:
