That's a shame.Frankie Gavin wrote:He is an been offered it to be turned down not ready for sept an there not sure he will be December either
What about Lynes? He beat Purdy easily, so he would be a pretty good opponent.

I know he was the first name he mentioned! I meant of the fight actually happening!expe wrote:He was the first name he mentionedcolumbo wrote:So no chance of Matt Hatton then Frankie?Frankie Gavin wrote:Who knows could happen I want someone I will get more credit for hatton lynes Watson Purdy have all been no goes one reason or another

Re: Frankie gavin vs Bradley pryce
Heffron's fighting John Thain on the Cleverly undercard. The next fight needs to be for the British title so Frankie can take the Lonsdale belt outright, no need to move him to world level too quickly, take the Lonsdale belt, then win the European before starting to think about a world title fight sometime late next year.Black Sam Bellamy wrote:With the greatest of respect this fight does not take Frankie Gavin to the fringes of a world title fight or an eliminator. Cant therefore see any point in this match being made. Pryce versus Heffron is more realistic for both fighters.

hits nail on head....Tommy Gunn13 wrote:Pryce might not be the first choice in my eyes, but hes more worthy&better than that Welbourn chap...
Re: Frankie gavin vs Bradley pryce
It doesn't actually, one win and three losses from the last four isn't title form.los2 wrote:hits nail on head....Tommy Gunn13 wrote:Pryce might not be the first choice in my eyes, but hes more worthy&better than that Welbourn chap...
Re: Frankie gavin vs Bradley pryce
carson jones would be a good yard stick fight.
Re: Frankie gavin vs Bradley pryce
Wouldn't be for the British title though.tallsdav wrote:carson jones would be a good yard stick fight.

slim pickings..... id go for Rick Godding... get the belt owned outright on an undercard then quickly move on
or dump the belt
or dump the belt
Re: Frankie gavin vs Bradley pryce
Definitely win it outright first, then look at whats out there.sweetscience wrote:slim pickings..... id go for Rick Godding... get the belt owned outright on an undercard then quickly move on

Nah seriously Frankie,if you do struggle for an opponent,it would be a decent fight to take,Pryce has a good pedigree, you never know with Bradley moving down it could prove competitive and be a good work out for you,if it at least gets you out and fighting

Re: Frankie gavin vs Bradley pryce
I wanted the fight, was already in training, was confident of getting my career on track with a win,but from frankies tweets looks unlikely so who ever u fight frankie good luck, just hope u dont fight 1 of the 1s who turned fight down cause not offered enough money.
Re: Frankie gavin vs Bradley pryce
there should be 100k on the table for opponent as the promoter claimed he offered kell that....should get a world-class opponent for that amount
