That's a shame.

What about Lynes? He beat Purdy easily, so he would be a pretty good opponent.

So no chance of Matt Hatton then Frankie?
He was the first name he mentioned
I know he was the first name he mentioned! I meant of the fight actually happening!

Black Sam Bellamy wrote:With the greatest of respect this fight does not take Frankie Gavin to the fringes of a world title fight or an eliminator. Cant therefore see any point in this match being made. Pryce versus Heffron is more realistic for both fighters.
Heffron's fighting John Thain on the Cleverly undercard. The next fight needs to be for the British title so Frankie can take the Lonsdale belt outright, no need to move him to world level too quickly, take the Lonsdale belt, then win the European before starting to think about a world title fight sometime late next year.

It doesn't actually, one win and three losses from the last four isn't title form.

Wouldn't be for the British title though.

slim pickings..... id go for Rick Godding... get the belt owned outright on an undercard then quickly move on

or dump the belt

Well if its that easy lets get it on

Nah seriously Frankie,if you do struggle for an opponent,it would be a decent fight to take,Pryce has a good pedigree, you never know with Bradley moving down it could prove competitive and be a good work out for you,if it at least gets you out and fighting

I wanted the fight, was already in training, was confident of getting my career on track with a win,but from frankies tweets looks unlikely so who ever u fight frankie good luck, just hope u dont fight 1 of the 1s who turned fight down cause not offered enough money.
