Yeah as i said ive never claimed to know too much about Stevensons case so never really had too much to say about it on here

I think its just human nature,nobody likes anyone who has form for doing harm with females,its the same with Tyson,now im not saying he did rape DW but everyone knows how wild he was back then but most people would rather dismiss her story rather than be seen to be showing admiration for someone they believed to be a rapist so just call her a lying bitch even though apart from them 2,nobody knows what happened

Towers seems to get a hell of a lot of credit for having done something appalling and then going on to become a mediocre boxer who no longer commits crimes. If something awful had happened to him and he'd gone on to turn his life around, I could understand all the praise. But given what he did, I find it odd. Better not to say anything really, let the guy get on with his career and hope he doesn't do anything like that again.

I think anyone who turns their life around, when it would be easy to just go back into that way of life when released deserves credit.

It is certainly tough trying to get a job, but explaining that you have been away for years, but you have 'really changed', No wonder many just go back to what they know

I dont want to turn this into a debate about a crime but I find it slightly odd how Adonis Stevenson get's absolutely slated on here for in some eyes "being the scum of the earth" for past crimes committed but yet you dont see that with Towers. Wasnt tower inside longer than Stevenson was and if memory serves me correct wasnt it a pretty serious crime with some kind of torture involved?

I agree, Towers does like a genuinely nice fella. It was more the double standard of it that I took issue with vs Tower's himself. I dont know who the drug dealer was but im surprised that Tower's has never had any comeback from the guy involved? I wonder if he has.

I don't think Towers was the ringleader, just a henchman, so they would be likely to go after the ringleaders. I think most of them ended up inside anyway and the Mexicans are fvcking mental, there's no comparison between them and anyone else in the world.

Even serious crime families over here though wouldnt let you get away with that. If you look at some of the crime families you have in London and over major cities like Manchester, etc. They're really serious people.
