Have the bboc re Bruce baker gone mad?

Post by renegadeboxing »

Heard from a very good source today that the hearing had the judge, as prosecuter the first day, judge the second day, and also, as a witness??? And when questioned, "we can do what we like, as it's not a criminal court,. Discuss

It will be interesting to see what if anything happens now I just carnt understand where Bruce was coming from all the time I would have thought if he wasn't happy with the board he should have handed his licence in and just gone elsewhere instead of hanging around criticising all the time bruce had no right to criticise anybodies regulations when he kept breeching his own regulations in the vast majority of contests for his masters titles

I agree with you regards titles, but it was the board took Bruce to court, and withdrew his licence, and if I'm not mistaken, all the boxers / officials that worked his shows, so , Del Boy and haye can't box on bboc shows no more

He was looking to instigate change and did not really succeed, maybe a place for himself in the new regime, who knows ?

He's a leech, not it in for anything other than personal gain, which I suppose could be said for a lot of people in boxing, but at least fighters make promoters, managers and trainers money and they help to guide them to their full potential.

Renegade,
Are you talking about a Board hearing or a Court hearing ?
Think your reliable source has got his wires crossed.

I think Bruce's motives are for fairness for ordinary licence holders. I think the best thing that could happen is for Vitali Klitchsko to come over here and help in taking a stand against the incumbent regime that is called the Board.

What interests do the Board hold. Profit?

I hope Bruce appeals and is victorious.

For the Board officials that may be commenting here to upbold the 'good' name of the Board, Renegade boxing's sources are genuine.

Board officials should not be on forums, conflict of interest, not to mention the possibility of leading to corruption in the sport, officials should always remain totally unbiased and by interacting with members and fans alike, that position can be compromised.

Agreed, but I am sure curiosity will get the better of them, especially on a thread like this about their 'democratic' procedures.

So, how many courts would let you be judge, jury, and witness all on the same trial?

I think he means the actual hearing where the Board acts as Judge, Jury and Executioner as allegedly saix whe Chisora lost his licence.

If that's the case, and the same happened to Bruce Baker, everyone needs to know.

Because Bruce Baker finally had his license taken away it's some sort of major event? Until he removes the masters titles and any involvement with Luxembourg, Malta and the GBA, he shouldn't get it back.

Oh right so it wasn't an actual legal court of the land.

Who exactly should hear his case then if He's breaking BBBoC rules?
