Brook, Khan, Clev v Bellew set for Dec 6th

Broner is a lightwelter; I imagine Bundu would step right in v Brook and be a good scalp - Brook looks too powerful and big for him and Bundu is looking for a good payday.

That's definitely not true, Thurman would have been a big favourite if he'd just fought Porter. Thurman would be an incredibly difficult opponent for Brook, Eddie would need his head examined if he brought Thurman over for Kell's first defence.magwitch wrote:it depends. Some people like to do it tough. I bet Kell Brook would fear none of the above. Porter and Thurman were considered level-pegging at this stage...although Thurman looks rangier, which poses a bit more danger imo.Jack B wrote:Can't see Brook fighting anybody of that calibre. They are all too dangerous for a homecoming first defence/Khan build up fight.rio wrote:Brook vs Thurman/Broner/Bradely/Marquez

The above card makes it PPV worth. Anything else and your being greedy hearn.
Looking down the IBF rankings should give us a better idea - Ionut Dan Ion, Bundu, Bizier, Abregu, Chaves etc are all fairly decent bets.
If Brook fights again this year - and Amir is hoping to fight Floyd next May (is that right?) - then it doesn't really leave much of a gap for Brook-Khan.
I would like to see Brook have one more fight and then fight Amir Khan in an all British showdown with a stacked undercard. Is Khan holding a belt of any description right now or was his Collazo bout non-title.....I'll have to check that. :>

Ward beat Froch in every department, the cards were a joke - Froch wasn't fiddled out of the fight, he was beaten fair and square.[/quote]palooka wrote:Andre Ward didn't beat Froch up. And Andre Dirrell (who many consider beat Froch) barely touched Carl, let alone beat him up.
Totally agree. But he wasn't "beaten up"
