He came 2nd in super 6.

Lost to Ward.
Lost to Dirrell.
Lost 11 out of 12 against Taylor.
Lot to Kessler and beat a shopworn one.

He is good, but not legend.

Best win? Bute? Froch is a prick.

The Taylor fight, and manner of victory, is one of the main things that make him a legend.

I like Froch, but he did come across as a bit of a knob tonight.

He really doesn't like Groves, does he? :D

Froch has about as much charm as an eggy fart.

He is an extremely arrogant person and takes himself incredibly seriously. He's had a great boxing career and that speaks for itself it's just a real shame that he isn't a little more humble and gracious.

He didn't lose to Dirrell, Dirrell did fuckall for the first 10 rounds bar flop to the canvas and tie Froch up on the inside. The fact that Dirrell would have won the fight if he'd bothered to throw more punches doesn't mean that he actually did enough to win.

As for Taylor, Froch was 4 points up on one card and 4 points down on the other two at the time of stoppage (with a knockdown against him in the 3rd), so to say that he lost 11 out of 12 is a crude exaggeration.

I'll give you Ward and I'll give you Kessler, although the first fight would have been scored the other way were it Froch at home and not Kessler - a draw or (very) narrow Kessler win would have been the fairest result.

Notwithstanding the above, it is pretty clear that Froch is a massive tool

It's because he is a tosser. Don;t forget how disrespectful he was to JC and even Khan, jealous of the attention they had. DeGale beats him, what will Froch say then?

That's a little unfair though mate. Groves since the loss has kept saying he's still better than Carl and so on, etc. It's not like George has been totally humble about things either.

Exactly my thoughts. Groves is an asshole IMO totally unproven and is living off knocking Carl down once. When Carl put him over he stayed over. I hope Froch keeps putting the boot in as Groves deserves it with all the pish he spouts. I watched Carl beat him twice. He was done in the first fight and the second fight proved it beyond all doubt.

Maybe I'm being a bit harsh but for me Froch should be shouting the house down for the Ward fight. Makes him look a bit of a phony
Na he was saying if him against George was 1-1 then a third fight would be in play but with it being 2-0 it's not worth it.

I agree with that bit but he also mentioned a third fight with Kessler without mentioning Ward. That is the only blemish on his record. If that were me I'd be banging my head against a wall continually until I got that rematch.

He was banging the drum for a ward rematch for ages but it's not on the cards from Wards end, so now he talks about the next most lucrative fight. He was getting criticised on here for going on about a Ward rematch last year. No wonder Froch is a bit touchy after all he's done in boxing he's still disrespected.

Honestly Froch is a fornicating warrior and Groves a total crybaby wanker. I wish Carl would just arrange a car park bout and put him out the game.

I do find the Froch hate and comments on him being arrogant somewhat baffling. The way people go on in regards to his 'beef' with Groves you'd think George is the living embodiment of humility and the big, bad wolf Froch has done nothing but bully him.

I aint a froch fan, but fair play to froch 2-0, even though I wanted groves to win,.

Let froch fight whoever he wants too, he doesn't need to go over all ground.

Groves needs to let go and get a world title shot wherever, hopefully he will do it.

Boring as hell hearing fighters going on and on squabbling - they don't like each, they've duked it out twice - now lets see some
new fights.

Rant over.
