Never heard of it. Is it a new book and does it tell you where you can get hold of PEDs and how to administer them?

I purchased that back in the day. Its an older book iirc. I'm sure there is some truth to it, but I tend to think a boxer or any athletes workout is constantly changing/improving. You'd go f#cking mad doing the same sh!t day in day out plus as you progress in your career there is probably areas you wanna work on more or holes in your game for a specific guy that you'd wanna pinpoint for an upcoming bout.
