I agree.....
I did get concerned when Eubank didn't mention it on Twitter.......The issue will be that Frank will probably have loads of clauses in the contract which EBJ wont be happy with and when you think about BJS is making some VERY bold claims about giving up boxing if he doesn't win, claims which no boxer should make at his stage of career so clearly just hype to position himself over EBJ

Will be absolutely fuming if it doesn't go ahead

Clear case of false advertising if it doesn't go ahead!
I would start quoting the sale of goods act etc if you want a refund. Fights can fall through but announcing one that isn't even signed is definitely not right

It's bang out of order to announce a fight that hasn't even been signed.

Complete joke and the worst of it is it doesn't surprise anymore. Even if this fight does go ahead ultimately how amateurish does this make the whole thing look.

That's exactly right. Pretty much everyone on here has said 'great card if it goes ahead'. I won't buy a ticket from this promoter unless its on the door and I know all fighters are in the arena

Only way to stop such cuntish behaviour is by people boycotting the man whether it be TV or live shows. Never liked the man but with some poor matchroom shows and then this potential big show i thought i might have jumped the gun but this is out of order.

Haha everyone was worried this show would fall through!

I hope it goes ahead as it will b one hell of a fight but this is just typical warren he always announces fights when his fighters don't even know a thing about it.

I hope everyone gets a full refund if they wish to

According to bjs the press conference for the fight should be today, but I've heard Eubank junior is still training in vegas

Gay people use the term 'Billy Joe Saunders' as an insult.

This x 2 its a joke and completely out of order. I just don't get how you can legally get away with this. False advertising.

Why the hell was this fight announced then?.

Imo it was announced to help shift tickets for the show!! I still hope it happens but I don't like the fact that people might have bought tickets for this fight but it was never actually on the bill. I wonder if you can get refunds if this fight doesn't happen.
I'd bought tickets on the basis of this.

They were tweeting it was happening and BJS and Eubank Jnr are in the posters.

Soooooo predictable
I've been stung a few times before on tickets for fights that never happen so I do feel sympathy for you.

However if you thought it was "Soooooo predictable" that Saunders v Eubank Jnr wouldn't happen why the hell would you buy tickets on the basis that it would?

As for getting a refund I think legally you can only demand one if the tickets actually have "Saunders v Eubank Jnr" written on them. The reason why a refund was offered for the 26 July show is because the tickets clearly had "Chisora v Fury" written on them. So the people who didn't go and returned their tickets got a full refund. I think your best chance of a refund for the 29 November show is if Chisora or Fury pull out of the main event again.

A few years ago a lot of shows I went to would only have "Championship Boxing" written on them, this meant bills could completely change from the day of announcement to the night of the fight and as long as some bogus title was still on the line ticketing agencies could dig their heels in and refuse to give a refund.
