Montreal Card
Montreal Card
Doesn't seem to be much action in the RBR section anymore so I'll post this here.
Chilemba boxing well through two.

Re: Montreal Card
3-0 Chilemba
He's befuddling Lep with a mix of busy hands and lateral movement. VL coming forward but not throwing much and when he does Chilemba is either out of range or bends low and avoid most of VL's shots.

Re: Montreal Card
More of the same in the fourth, with Chilemba adding some effective inside work and getting Lep's attention with an uppercut. This is the best I recall Chilemba looking.

Lep looks like hes half asleep in there.
Re: Montreal Card
Yes, very lackluster performance.hurricanemitch14 wrote:Lep looks like hes half asleep in there.
5-0 for Chilemba, who is outclassing Lep.
Re: Montreal Card
Chilemba landing several good shots in the sixth, though he hasn't been able to visibly hurt Lep.

Re: Montreal Card
can anyone PM me a stream
Re: Montreal Card
Now Lep backs to the ropes and looks to be trying to draw Chilemba in, although he hardly throws back when Chilemba obliges and puts together several combinations. Lep looking clueless and surprisingly out of his depth.

Re: Montreal Card
More of the same in the 8th. Lep is being made to look like a beginner who is sparring with a much more seasoned boxer.
Re: Montreal Card
Chilemba more aggressive in the ninth, seeming to sense that he can largely do as he pleases. He unloads a bunch of combos on Lep while the latter is against the ropes and hardly throwing back. Lep looking tired and resigned to losing.

Re: Montreal Card
10-0 Chilemba on my card and 99-91 x2/100-90 on the official cards.
I thought that he'd win but not this lopsidedly. I think this puts him in a position of being a defensible but uninspiring title challenger, though I'd prefer to see him fight someone like Alvarez or Beterbiev next.

Re: Montreal Card
Glazkov-Cunningham next, which I think will be a more entertaining and competitive fight.
Re: Montreal Card
Tony Bellew saying that he thinks USS will be vulnerable early while Glazkov will be vulnerable late.
Re: Montreal Card
Both fighters in the ring.
Re: Montreal Card
An uneventful first round. Glazkov moving forward while Cunningham circling. Each falling short with many of their punches and nothing of note landing.
10-10

Re: Montreal Card
Cunningham picks up his activity and puts together some decent combinations. Glazkov's pace seems largely the same and he's not landing as much or getting off as quickly. Still a competitive round but Cunningham takes it on my card
1-0-1 USS
1-0-1 USS
Re: Montreal Card
Much of the same in the third.
2-0-1 USS
2-0-1 USS
Re: Montreal Card
Glazkov looks like an easy target to hit as he comes in with his hands quite low, Cunningham isn't taking advantage of it.
Re: Montreal Card
RJJ and Pascal shown grooving in their locker room.
Re: Montreal Card
Glazkov following USS around and waiting too long to throw. USS is fighting with more energy and getting some quick combos off which are connecting. Glazkov having some moments each round but clearly doing less than USS in my opinion.
3-0-1
3-0-1
Re: Montreal Card
This is redolent of Glazkov-Scott.
Re: Montreal Card
The fifth is a clear round for USS, who is doing some of his best work to the body.
4-0-1
4-0-1
Re: Montreal Card
More inside fighting in the sixth compared to the previous rounds. Glazkov seems sluggish and to me it looked like USS outhustled him to win yet another round.
Paul Smith, who is commentating for British TV, has it 59-56 USS.

Re: Montreal Card
comms gave the fifth to VG.

So what if they did? I thought USS won it.
