BBBofC releases list of mandatory title challengers

Gary Cornishs defenders on here are fantasists there's no other word for it he "bottled it" no injury, not personal issues, not about the money just plain fear.

If Gary really wanted the fight and Gilmour thought that he had a chance then the fight would of happened just accept that Cornishs record is padded and the minute he steps up he's going to be shown up big time.

He should be not be given another eliminator by the BBBofC until he proves he is willing to actually fight someone that hits back.

Not entirely true though is it....my good friend who shall remain nameless, wanted and begged almost for a rematch that he wanted revenge in...it could have been made and for good money as well however promoter decided otherwise. which in hindsight proved to be a very good decision.

I'm not saying that's definitely the case with Gary, what I mean is, its too easy to assume someone is a bottle job when it fact the opposite can be true.

This case is different I am on about Gary Cornish who is a 20-0 fighter who's level realistically would be challenging for the British Title, he was given the opportunity and withdrew.

Not Gary's choice though.. If he's not ready then he shouldn't be fighting for it. When Gary first started many people said he would get nowhere near British title level. This is a guy with next to no amateur experience he needs more fights as a pro to make up for that. I think he would lose to Whyte. Whyte has the talent to go to European maybe world level. Boxing is all about timing and getting fights at the right time if they are able to wait then wait

Lol Tommy Gilmour says there was "no point" in Gary Cornish fighting the higher ranked Dillian Whyte.

Why? Because they knew Gary Cornish would get destroyed by Whyte.

Any news when it's happening dean? Tough ask beating walsh but troy is majorly awkward and can punch and we can be sure that walsh won't blast him out of there, well deserved shot and we'll be cheering for him up in dundee:)

Thanks JaimeM appreciate that mate, purse bids must be in by 8th April with fight to be held by end of July, but 2 dates that have been mentioned is june & September.

Yh Walsh is quality but we think we've got the right game plan to beat him and believe Troy will, we're gonna be the major underdog but then Troy always is for some reason, were used to people giving him no chance so that suits us, no pressure on us at all
