He didn't even try to finish off Algieri of all fighters. I don't think it damaged him physically like some though, he was in great shape. But his gameplan changed to where he wasn't the same anymore.

I don't it matters at all what we do or do not want to see. I'm pretty certain now that this September rematch was a part of the deal all along. And that unless tonight's PPV turns out to be a massive under performer, that a rematch is exactly what we're going to see.
And it will sell. As much of an inevitable backlash as the fight is getting for not living up to the hype, there's still a lot of know nothing knuckleheads out there screaming "Manny was robbed!" & with that, combined with Manny & his camp shamelessly hard selling this lame excuse that they obviously had in their back pockets all along... It make me want to puke.
