The puncher you don't see are the ones that hurt the most, he's very good at landing those

no catchweights now but there will be a rehydration clause of 134 according to a poster on another forum .

I think that is more than fair.

Hopefully Rigo's issues with Hyde dont prevent this one going ahead.

Thats a 1.5 division jump. Plus as you said Rigo is small and Loma is big at their weights and Hopkins was a former MW. Similar situations.
It's 4 pounds. The difference is a bag of flour ffs

4 pounds for featherweights is as significant as 40 pound for heavyweights.

Its a well known FACT in all sport that has weight categories. Go get elementary education before you open your mouth.

I'm not saying that weight doesn't play a massive role in the sport. I just think that there shouldn't be a 122 division. No need for another division between 118 and 126

Of course there should not be another division but then the phony ABC's won't get more money for BS title bout sanction fees. Too many ABC's and too many weight classes have fecked up boxing to the masses for too long. At one time the whole world knew who the world heavyweight, light heavyweight, middleweight champions were. You have to be a super fan to know now.
Bring on Rigo and Lomo at whatever weight they can agree on. I really look forward to that fight. Two guys who will fight anybody that will actually get in the ring with them. None of this bullcrap padding of the record.

BTW, I normally don't go to club pro fights but I went to one this past weekend in Wash DC. Now I remember why I don't like club pro shows. I've seen better acting in soccer games. Effing bums going down on BS body shots and not getting up in the 1st round. Happened in several fights. If it wasn't a bullshite body shot, it was a bs barely touched on the chin and down they went. No mas for me.

There are people here claiming that Loma is overrated? What about Rigo? There are people freely putting Rigo in their top 5 P4P list while the guy's been knocked down 3 times in his last 4 fights. To me, getting knocked down regularly isn't a great thing for an elite fighter and you can't really be elite if you are hitting the canvas more than your opponents. This fight is a no-brainer to me. Loma demolishes Rigo regardless of the weight they choose. Not even close.
