USA will send to the world championship qualifier the boxers that won the WSB / world championship team trial tournament that was held in Chattanooga back in December.
The pan am games were the only qualifed for American fihters , I think 3-4 qualified
The boxers who won in Chattanooga go to the AMBC American Confederation Boxing Championships August 17 – 22 in Vargas, Venezuela and try to qualify for the worlds there.
BTW, the Pan Am's had nothing to do with world championship qualification.
