Re: Fury
Can we please forever abandon this cliche about the Klitschkos being gentlemen and sports men who are good for boxing? These men are a disgusting pair of villains and always have been. There seems no low they won't stoop to in order to protect Queen Klitschko's crown.
Re: Fury
He's got a lot to say.but to call him the most charismatic champion (if he wins) since Ali is a stretch and a half.Ian1973 wrote:I love Fury. A real character but not nasty and despicable with it. He's eccentric and a bit controversial but I think he enriches the sport. He's an under-rated boxer as well. I wish him well tonight. I rate Klitschko very highly and I expect he'll knock Tyson out but if Tyson wins boxing will have the most charismatic heavyweight champion of the world since Ali. I don't see him handling Wlads power that's the bottom line.

At least Fury will get a soft landing when Klitschko bounces his head off the canvas

Re: Fury
John Rees from the board is out there with them, Peter Fury said he's called it totally unacceptable. WBO and WBA rules say one inch of padding on one inch of boards, there's three inches there.Nightmare Roy wrote:Wow that looks like a kiddies play mat, can someone intervien and get it changed?expe wrote:Video of the ring here, like a effing bouncy castle.

I think most genuine people have some contradictory aspects to their personalities.Nightmare Roy wrote:He's a strange guy, one minute he has me laughing my head off and then he'll say something out of order, at least he's honest and not being a phoney, good luck to him, be amazing if he can pull it off, not sure he can though and he'll 100% have to stop him, he won't get the nod in Germany.

I don't know, just consider the parallels between them.samwbr wrote:He's got a lot to say.but to call him the most charismatic champion (if he wins) since Ali is a stretch and a half.Ian1973 wrote:I love Fury. Yes fair point, I myself have been taken in, in the past, by the excellence of wlad's PR self-representation.Tuan_Jim wrote:Can we please forever abandon this cliche about the Klitschkos being gentlemen and sports men who are good for boxing? Obviously now the foam gambit has failed we can expect a snarling belligerent Vitali to cause as many ructions as possible whilst furys hands get wrapped 3 or 4 times over.

I expect Wlad to win.But I am really hoping that Fury pulls it off.
I can't help but like that crazy sucker.
By the way any predictions on what song Fury will sing in the ring tonight?
