I don't think it's a delight. Thread contains a lot of talk about how "outrageous" all these "unscruplous b*stards" are that would seek to "[USE AND MANIPULATE]" the **BIG FELLA**.
....when insofar as I can make out, noone's said a "THING" about this [false] SITUATION.
He was talking about his medication keeping him awake all the time etc. and he needs to burn it off.
Someone should try and push him down the triathlon (Ramsey for instance) route or something like that, he'll soon lose all that excess energy.
He's clearly a fit man so why not do something that physically tires you without getting hit in the face.

Honestly frank is like being his worst enemy...why does he not get it, that the public , boxibg, and yes anthony joshua all respect him deeply.why doesnt he train people,be a referee,take up masters bodybuilding,...enjoy his life. This mental illness he gained from drug abuse isnt going to be helped by idiot doctors givibg him more drugs....he should turn to the lord and be cured.
Theres a million things frank could and should be doing to enjoy his life.im sure there are no shortage of women interested in him...he needs to change his attitude and get back to being the old frank.

When I met him he was with his wife, and she was doing everything for him.

He doesn't look like a 54 year old but he moves like a 64 year old. He clearly needs a competitive outlet.
Couldn't he become a figure head at his local amateur gym and try and keep up with the young guys with their sprints & drills and maybe some controlled sparring on occasion. Maybe even bodybuilding as someone mentioned (no 'supplements' though). Something that is physically demanding but won't cause him damage.

Yup, Coopman and Lucien Rodriguez are still alive but Felipe 'Pantera' Rodriguez died some time ago, of a brain haemorrage.

Yes Bruno probably could but nothing I doubt is a substitute to actually getting in there and having it, a very hard thing to walkaway from after reaching the highs he did.
Should be a figure head. Personally, and I don't wish to do him a disservice, I'm not sure he would make a great trainer for boxing (many claim it was his lack of tactical nouse which cost him in a few times). He would obviously make an excellent fitness coach and what a figure head he would be..... his was a real life rocky story.
Found this of Bruno training in his peak.... it is a world apart from his pad work with Ricky, although even here he was so much better jabbing on the pads than hooking.
This is such a sad thing to hear. Bruno was my idol growing up, and I remember like yesterday bawling my eyes out in the pub when he finally won the world title. This is a sad sign of the state of mental health care today. Frank is clearly a poorly man and needs intervention if these thoughts are seriously entering his mind.
I along with the rest of the country(probably) would be much happier to see big frank in someone's corner or advising in a gym rather than lacing up the gloves and fighting again.
Use your energy in your fight against your illness frank .please please please.............

Please dont think I was calling or referring to Frank as in a bad way. This was from experience of mental illness and how people suffer for many many years or for the rest of their lives.
